Come join us and enjoy a day of great golf, food, fellowship and a lot of fun! The golf outing will start at 2:00PM at Bunker Hill Golf Course, 3060 Pearl Rd, in Medina. The outing is an 18-hole, 4-person scramble. Prizes will be given for the team with the lowest net score along with individual prizes (men and women) for closest to the pin and longest drive.

The cost of the event is $115 per golfer and includes 18 holes of golf with a cart, lunch at the turn, a barbecue dinner at the end of the outing, and refreshments (beer, soda & water). For those not interested in golfing, dinner tickets may be purchased for $35. We are continuing the Ball Drop as one of the fundraisers for this event. The cost is $5/ball and the winner (ball that rolls closest to the pin) will receive $500.

St. Emilian’s is also looking for event and hole sponsors. The donation of merchandise and gift certificates are also being solicited for use as prizes. All sponsors and donors will be recognized at the event and in the weekly parish bulletin for one month after the outing. More information about being a sponsor is available here.

This momentous occasion marks five decades of faith, community, and dedication. We warmly invite all parishioners, past and present, along with friends and family, to join us in celebrating this significant milestone in our church’s history.

The festivities will commence with a special Divine Liturgy at 3:00 PM EST, held at St. Emilian's Byzantine Catholic Church. This solemn service will be an opportunity for us to come together in worship, giving thanks for the blessings of the past fifty years and seeking guidance and grace for the future.

Following the Divine Liturgy, the celebration will continue with a banquet at 5:00 PM at Vel's Party Center in Medina, Ohio. The banquet promises to be a joyous occasion, filled with fellowship, delicious food, and wonderful memories.

Each family attending the banquet will receive a copy of our 50th Anniversary Keepsake Book. Advertising may be purchased for inclusion in the Keepsake Book. More information is available here.
